Orchestrating an omnichannel B2B e-commerce experience

We delivered a highly-integrated and highly-scalable Digital Experience Platform (DXP), connected with the SAP Hybris e-commerce backend. Cross-team collaboration is facilitated by the use of micro front-ends. Thanks to dynamic scaling, the platform is able to provide a fast experience during peak traffic and enables more than 1 billion transactions to occur per year.

Delivering a great digital experience to our hometown citizens

Since 2018, we provide our homecity with a robust and user-friendly Web platform. Our solution enables the communications team to publish relevant information and e-services. It is based on 2 key components: a unified component library (aligned with the city's design system) and native multi-site capabilities. At the moment of writing, we are hosting 13 different websites on the Drupal-based platform.

We helped productize the AEM practice at Telenet to enable more quick and efficient roll out of digital experiences that their customers love. Important measure was the switch to an outcome-based approach, with better alignment between business and IT. This resulted in increased velocity, faster value creation and reduced technical debt.
